New polling and focus group work by Public First for the Centre for Policy Studies, finds that parents are highly worried about their children's learning loss.
The report urged the Government to extend the school day by 30 minutes as a temporary catch-up measure, with the extra time devoted to tutoring, maths and other core academic subjects.
